These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Xenobyte services, including our automated media orchestration tools and direct posting connectors to third-party platforms such as TikTok.
When connecting Xenobyte to your TikTok creator account, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the TikTok integration is subject to and must fully comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and TikTok Developer Terms.
You retain full intellectual property rights to all media, video renders, audio tracks, and assets processed by Xenobyte. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published to your TikTok account does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or platform safety rules.
Xenobyte interfaces with official TikTok API rate limits and quota specifications. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform connectivity in instances of third-party API service downtime, credential expiration, or platform policy alterations.
You may disconnect your TikTok integration at any time. We reserve the right to suspend API access in cases of malicious use, abuse of automated publishing thresholds, or violation of third-party terms.
